Even though Wagner’s in town with the entire Ring Cycle this summer it’s an entirely different ring cycle I’m referencing. The cycle to which I speak is that milk-toast photograph of a bride and groom’s hands, adorned with shiny new rings atop the bride’s bouquet. Yech. (Disclaimer: I too am guilty of said shot).
I reached resolution early today that Nanette and Brad would roll their eyes right out of their heads if I suggested any sort of ring photos – Nanette mentioned very early on she didn’t need a forensic file of detail shots. Never one to shy away from seeming defeat, I saw the gauntlet down but it wasn’t until Dom P. showed up that I found my inspiration….
